Half of the team I dealt with were polite and courteous, then there was one that took about 10 smoke breaks and argued on her phone the entire work day. We could hear things about her relationship that we didn’t need to know. Try to keep things a little more professional Servpro

I called ServPro on Saturday morning and got an answering service. I asked about water damage restoration and the answering service told me they couldn't answer any questions. Left my number. It is now Tuesday, and I still haven't heard from them. Used someone else instead.

Would give zero stars if possible. The bill I was sent had charges which did not seem appropriate. Manager Ken Fox has been extremely rude and aggressive. Mr Fox does not return phone calls and has been obstructive and threatening. I have never dealt with someone in a service industry who acts as unprofessional as him. In over a month, we have not had our property returned, and cannot get an answer as to if it has been restored or when it will be returned. No responses to my insurance company either. Despite the discrepancies on the bill, and not returning my property, Mr Fox has threatened us with legal action over the bill which we have not paid based on the advice of our insurance company.
