Magistrate Jennifer Corona is probably one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional people I have ever come across. I can’t believe she has not been investigated for professional misconduct. I also believe her “orders”/ judgements do not follow lawful avenues. She literally was screaming at my son and when I tried to intervene she talked to me like a disrespectful teenager — literally full blown temper tantrum. Unbelievable especially she is a SUPPORT JUDGE.

Two stars instead of one since someone is actually on the line for court appointed calls... but other than that, you call and get nothing. With scheduled calls as well, they always ask "are you still there?", "I can't hear you", etc when I'm talking clearly.. and my phone is literally at my face so it's at optimal closeness.. but I'm fairly soft spoken (but not that soft so no one can hear me on a day to day basis) That being said, their call system mustn't be that great...

This place needs to do more hiring they never answer the phones it’s ridiculous that I have been calling since 9:45 am until 3:00 pm and have gotten no answer,this isn’t the only time trying to reach them they never seem to pick up but when you actually go their in person nobody’s really that busy to the point where answering the phone would be hard to do.
