Asked for my guitar volume pot to be fixed, it came back raised up half an inch with a bolt under it super scratchy and ungigable. Also took a separate guitar to get the input jack fixed and they would not stop trying to get me to let them do other things to the guitar to get money. I understand offering but they were insistent on it. Otherwise great service but now I have to go somewhere else and pay more money to fix the knob ( they did fix the knob but if I’m paying I want it done right )

I've went to this store to buy guitar strings and I wasn't allowed in. His reasoning was due to covid. Because of this, I had no choice but to wait outside. I asked him why and I was told the only way to come inside is by scheduling an appointment and that it's been this way for 18 months. To add on, I wasn't able to browse for the exact item I wanted, nor was I able to pay INSIDE the store. This experience has left me very confused due to the fact that I can go inside any other guitar store and browse with no restructions other than wearing a mask. I received my strings not knowing what other options were available. Due to this, I am a dissatisfied customer and I will not return ever again.
