Last year 14 packages arrived smashed. This year the first package of eggs sent arrived smashed. Legal documents and tracked mail doesn't arrive at all. Mail sent from home (bill payments) never reach the location. Christmas gifts sent. Never arrived. I have to leave my own zipcode to ship and pay a UPS box for mail.
