Great place, not a lot of ejuice selection but GREAT people. There customer service was wonderful to experience, they do charge for nicotine,unlike most vape shops but like I said there customer service is great. It was a Mother n daughter working the shop, very personable, and kind, nice looking family😀🙃

Great experience staff is very knowledgeable took the time to answer all my questions and explain in detail. Juice prices are the cheapest iv found for brand name premium juice and have new juices in stock weekly they sell coils by the coil not just by the box so you buy as you need. I will be returning on the regular for my vaping needs .Will not be going back to firehouse due to the lack of selection never having my nic level in stock and over whelming juice prices creative cigs is with out a doubt the best vape shop in the area with out any comparison.

Nice people and helpful, but their store hours (according to this google page) are hit or miss and the phone number listed is incorrect. I can never get through. I have tried 3x in the past few months to go there and each time they were closed early. This site says they are open till 7 during the week and 6 on Saturdays. My last attempt was around 5:00 on a Saturday and they were closed. I don't bother trying anymore. Products are MUCH cheaper online. If I cant wait, I now go to Firehouse in Deptford or Vape 93 in Pitman. They have reliable store hours.

Excellent customer service, my first two types of vapes were shown step by step, everything i needed to know to do & not to do(as i was 1st time vaper a few months ago moved to a box mod recently) ..taste testing for flavors so you are not dissatisfied going home... They straight up give you advice for any purchase. Reasonable pricing. Will put in an order if it's not in stock.. I can keep going on, but this is the only vape shop i got to, & you're always greeted the secong you walk in. Major plus. Can't say enough perks to coming in. 5 star service, its worth a trip, it's def worth it if you're in the area! Thank you Creative Ciggs staff & owner for helping me be off newports in 1 month & always treated & set up well 🏆
