It has taken me a long time to write this review. Mainly because I wanted it to be perfect and give a true reflection of my entire experience with Tracey. When I sought out to look for a reputable physical therapist for upper back, neck and shoulder pain I started by looking at reviews online. Back2Normal stood out to me not only because of the good reviews, but I liked the variety of techniques that were available. When I started therapy with Tracey I was so impressed by her knowledge and willingness to truly listen and address all of my concerns. She took the time needed to get to know my history and goals for therapy. I've been seeing Tracey on a weekly basis for 3 months now and am blown away by her knowledge and the results that her therapy techniques and recommendations have made. She takes the time to explain the reasons behind her recommendations and explains the physiology behind it all. She is experienced and passionate about helping people and it shows in the equality of her work. After applying what I've learned combined with treatments from Tracey I have dramatically improved. I'm in less pain and my overall well-being has improved. I highly recommend Tracey. She focuses on improving not only your pain but our overall wellness.

I am a physician specializing in musculoskeletal medicine in the Tampa Bay Area and I have worked with many physical therapists. Physical therapists range widely in their skill levels and having a particularly good one can make a massive difference to the patient. Lisa Chase and her staff at Back2Normal are some of the most skilled therapists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are experienced in rehabbing a wide range of orthopedic issues from athletes to the aging population and are excellent at providing personalized care for each patient and their functional goals. I absolutely cannot recommend them too highly for those in need of a good physical therapist and wanting to get back to their activities.

I have dealt with back pain on and off for years. It was informed by a local Doctor to try Back2Normal. I saw Lisa first and she was amazing. Lisa is the real deal - no voodoo medicine. She uses proven methods that gave me relief almost immediately. I have been seeing Lisa weekly and have added in other staff members like Ilene and Tracey. Tracey and Ilene tailor programs to meet your specific needs and they are also amazing people. Each staff member has their own field of expertise. Team has helped me establish a long term preventative back health and physical balance plan. The entire staff is like one loving family. They are all positive and professional. Heather and Jennifer bubble with joy and professionalism everyday. I would give them a 12 rating on a 10 being the best rating scale.

I highly recommend Back To Normal! I am currently being treated by Tracey. She has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics. Tracey takes the time to listen (for understanding) to my issues and limitations. I have always felt that my treatment and her advice was appropriate and very helpful for my situation. The entire team is very professional and friendly. The environment is also very welcoming and comfortable. Also, a big shout out to Heather….always smiling and happy.
