Most the time there isn't an issue but when one happens don't expect it to be fixed. I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered today but apparently the person dilivering it had no access to the building which is impossible. There is three different access points and nothin to stop them from coming in, having reviewed the security footage I can say they never even attempted to try and enter the building. I was told someone would get back to me but that hasn't happened yet. I'll update this review as things unfold.

A bit more expensive than from where I come from on the west coast, but I got a lot, I mean a lot of help... great customer service, I couldn't afford the price of mailing my package, but the guy there helped me repack in a different box that I could afford to get my belongings back home, can't bring cleaners on a plane, I will definitely recommend this post office every time I'm in town if they keep up the great work, I don't do this everyday nor is it often I'm traveling and I'm glad some people get that others just don't know or have very little experience and help work around that to come to a solution that helps out everyone, or even just giving pointers that make it easier and makes people like me want to come back if I need to mail anything else while I'm here in the future

The Winooski post office is a small post office right in downtown Winooski. Parking can be a bit tricky at times due to the one-way streets and having to merge into a steady flow of traffic at the roundabout. Due to covid-19 restrictions, the lobby is only big enough to hold one person at a time, which forces people to line up in the hallway by the PO Boxes, way too close for safe comfort..... the customer service is always wonderful, especially Jane! The job is hard, and not every customer comes in with smiles and a willingness to be friendly.

The people who I talk to at USPS are so nice, but why do i get my packages days late EVERY TIME? I ordered my item Thursday on Amazon (2-3 day shipping). It was SUPPOSED to be delivered yesterday (Sunday), but the driver "Couldn't get access to my building". This makes no sense, as drivers let themselves into the building LITERALLY EVERY DAY to deliver mail. I go in to the post office today at 2, and am told it is out for delivery. I call in at 5:30, and the supervisor assures me that the driver is in the next building over. It is now 7:30, and I just completed a circuit of all the buildings to confirm there is NO van in the area. Needless to say, I won't be able to use my crock pot tonight for dinner. Thanks USPS. Your dedication to delivering packages late is always appreciated. Now • Delete
