Horrible customer service and every time we go in there all of the employees are sitting in a back room you can see from the sales floor. We've looked here multiple times over the years hoping they improve someday. But this last time we were there 3 employees were yelling at each other while someone else tried to help us as we were trying to leave; I told her "Your prices are way too high, another store just north of this store has all their used appliances cheaper and in better condition." She wrote me off and we walked out. If you want a good cheap used appliance that'll last you for years, go to Chester's down the road.

I should give zero stars! I bought a washer and dryer from them. Good price, decent looking set. I had it delivered. Here is the issue. The washer started filling up with water when it was off. I called, gentleman that answered the phone said he would look up my ticket to get purchase date and call me back. No call. I called again, after I found the purchase date. Still under their 30 day warranty. Gentlemen told me I was on the list for that days repairs. I was shocked, no one told me they were coming. Didn't matter, they never showed. I called again, same gentlemen answered, oh lets get you on the list. We ironed out a time, guess what, No show. So if you are good with machines that don't work properly, and they will not stand behind their warranty, then shop there. I would suggest Chesters up the street. He stands behind his work. UPDATE: After I posted this review, the owner called me. Apologized profusely they came and repaired the machine yesterday. The man was here about 10 mins. Machine has been great ever since.

Fair, honest, great prices and helpful staff. We had a mix-up where I was delivered the wrong oven; no questions asked, they took it back, loaded up the correct item, and brought it back promptly. If you want ANY appliances during the pandemic, this is probably your top option as most new appliance vendors - and even scratch and dent depots - are completely wiped clean.
