I would have given this place no stars if I could. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, dirty pillows, and sheets; I wish I had a NASSA suit to lay down on that bed, broken lamps, the carpet all over the hotel is so old and it looks disgusting. Couches were very old, saggy, and dirty wouldn't sit on them; I was really surprise there was no bed bugs or cockroaches. The bathroom was somehow okay. The hotel ceiling at the front desk is caving in. The elevator was disgusting. American Airlines canceled our fly and send a bunch of people to this horrible hotel. The front desk staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all; when the lady saw us she said what you guys doing over here? And They don’t even bother asking for ID. Coffee maker in the room is missing some parts. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. 👎👎👎👎👎

Poorly maintained hotel. Bed was fairly comfortable but the window did not completely close so LOTS of traffic noise. We were given a room in the third floor and as we were waiting for the elevator a couple came down the stairs and told us it wasn't working. We kept pushing the button and it finally showed up but none of the lights were working on the buttons you push to indicate which floor you want. Sketchy but we made it. Very threadbare carpets. Very close to the airport with no airplane noise. Front desk was very nice but told us there was no place close by to eat when in fact we found a sports bar less than 10 mins by car that had great hot wings.

Positive: The staff was very friendly upon check-in and helpful with making recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were clean and up to date. Breakfast was good too! Negative: Our bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Positive: Shuttle service to airport and cost Negative: Very loud in hallway near our room. Overall condition of hotel is poor. Room was fine but dirty in hallways. Needs updated including bathtub. But overall, good value for price I paid.
