First, I never post reviews. Our flight was cancelled so American put us in this hotel. It was free, so no expectations. However, I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and we were left stranded at the airport because the manager refused to ask his driver to come to Terminal F after I kindly asked him due to the time of night. He hung up on me twice and told me since I didnt pay for my room, I have no reason to ask or complain. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in hospitality. The hotel itself is in terrible shape... dirty and needs renovated.

I would for sure give this hotel zero stars if it were possible. The hotel is old and outdated. American Airlines regularly sends passengers here after they have delayed and/or canceled their flights. The elevator (the one that actually worked) smelled like marijuana. My 1st room reeked of tobacco smoke and there were yellow stains on the bed sheets. There was only one face towel and it appeared to have been used. The room phone was inoperable, so I had to go down to the front desk for assistance (because noine answered after i called four times from my cell phone). I was given a different room with mold in the shower and hair all over the bathroom floor. The wall paper was peeling from the wall and there were also holes on the wall. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! If I happen to have a delayed or canceled flight in Philadelphia again I will not accept this hotel accommodation.

The only thing good about it was the shuttle service and the lady we checked in with was nice. Everything else was unexpected for a 3 star hotel. It felt like an overrated Red Roof. The room was not very clean. Found bed bugs and a playboy magazine under our bed. The shower curtain had mold on it and not caulked. The lighting was very poor. No lamp shades, just a spiral light bulb. Place had a "ghetto" vibe to it. My wife and I did not feel that comfortable during our stay. Found a bunch of heroin needles in the parking lot. Very overpriced. Will consider a better place next time

Honestly so glad that I didn’t listen to the reviews and still came and did not cancel both receptionist at check-in and checkout were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with no issues and clean linens on the bed with a blanket and plenty of towels in the bathroom along with toiletries. Other reviews had mentioned heater not working in fridge not working in our room no issues heater was nice and warm fridge was nice and cold for our drinks we brought for our overnight stay. Some of the reviews prior I saw to our stay had me concerned about bugs we sought no bugs at all during our whole stay yesterday through today. closeness to eagles stadium and right next to Dennys for a nice breakfast in the morning you can’t beat. We will definitely be coming here again
