I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice in there and they do an amazing job. Their prices are great too. I always bring my 9 year old with me and they’re the best. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Terrible service they my refused to do my wife’s manicure after doing her pedicure when they said they would do both all because she was with our 10month old daughter who was causing no problems for anyone nor making any disruptions. They could have done one hand at a time but refused service after already doing her pedicure when my wife could have went somewhere else to get both done with no issues. They basically lied , did half the job took her money and kicked her out. Basically single mothers or mothers who are with their children cannot get service here

Prior to the pandemic, I patronized this establishment frequently. I loved the services, nail art, and the customer service. I have recently started going back. Most of the people are the same, but the service isn't. I asked for nail art on 3 different trips. They were rude, couldn't do it, and made me feel as if they didn't want me patronizing their establishment any longer. When they did do one of the designs, I had a concern and started to express it. The person doing the design raised her voice because I dared say something. I tried another salon and they easily did one of the nail designs I showed at this place without issue. It amazes me that you spend your money and they treat you as if you should spend money just to breathe the same air as them. SMH, I don't know what happened to this place in my time away. I suggest you think about the customer service your are providing and remember that a customer has the right question anything they want. It is up to you to clearly and politely explain what you are doing or if it is not possible.

Everybody keeps trying to be politically correct in these reviews but will not. They are RACIST! They will completely ignore you and take clients that come in after you if you are not white. I tried to be objective and pursued myself that my last visit was an isolated incident but the rudeness and disregard for me or my business that was displayed AGAIN on 4/27/22 was disgusting. I honestly wish that zero stars was an option, because that is the rating that they truly deserve.
