Love their pizza, my favorite in the area so far and I’ve been working my way through many places since I moved here last august. Their plain cheese is a great balanced slice, not too much or too little cheese or sauce, not too salty, just right. My second favorite is the George’s white pizza (in the photo), great fresh vegetables and nice sized rosettes of ricotta. I would like to suggest they put just a squoosh more broccoli on though, it’s so good on this slice that I want more of it! Minus one star because even though I always order it well done, it’s still floppy in the center and I have to throw slices in the oven at home to get it crispier (while I’m throwing a slice down my throat because I’m impatient). But it’s worth the extra work because it’s a damn fine tasty pie.

Noticed that this establishment seemed to be run by teenagers as we walked in. We could not stay to eat, as I saw our soon to be waitress adjust a floor mat/rug with both hands and then proceed to serve drinks that she touched at the lip. Without washing her hands she brought our silverware, and made our drinks. If that's happening in front of my face, I shudder to think about cleanliness practices when no one is looking. Gross. Update: I appreciate the response from the owner. I will consider revisiting.

The salad is too small. They change the size to a smaller bowl. You have to double check just to make sure you get what you order for.
