I rented space at Mr. Storage in Havertown for about 5 months. My family and I were in the process of relocating from several states away and we needed some temporary space before our new house was ready. Our experience at Mr. Storage was first rate. Everything was as expected or better. Mark called very soon after we sent a request through the website for more information. He guided us through our options, asked about our needs and made some suggestions. Once we settled on the space we needed, it was just a few minutes for some paperwork and we moved our things right in. The facility is very well lit, absolutely spotless and is equipped with plenty of security cameras. Entry and exit of the facility is easy and efficient and even with multiple trips in and out, we never once had a problem with access, parking, loading or unloading. My family and I give Mr. Storage our highest recommendation.

Five stars for Mr. Storage in Havertown, PA! I was warmly greeted by Mark Hagenbuch, given all the information necessary, taken on a tour, signed up to rent storage space. and guided through the process of accessing the storage room. Mark's support continued throughout the process, by advising the right size, starting at the date I needed, a second run through on the day I started the rental, and additional information to help find the right movers for my needs. The move was completed today and it all went smoothly. Thanks for your advice and support, Mark!

The staff is awesome. Very helpful. They worked with me when my stay went a few days into a new month. One thing I suggest or fault them on: In addition to the hand carts, they also need to provide laundry carts, similar to what college students use to move into a dorm. It can be very cumbersome to deal with a lot of smaller items on a hand truck. Also, it would be desirable to have a later closing time on weekends.

Mark did an excellent job in helping us secure the proper unit for our furniture. I would definitely use them again. The facility is clean and the location-perfect.
