A beautiful place that is well maintained. Nothing designed to entertain except the beauty and peacefulness as well as the occasional deer standing at the edge of the woods. There is a sewer vent near the parking lot that emits an unpleasant odor but that's only in the lot.

A great 1 mile straight walking trail along a creek. It's used quite a bit, but plenty of walking room. There's a few benches along the path to sit and read, or listen to the creek. Very safe feeling since it's a wide walk way.

The area is quite cute and a wonderful place to take the kids. It could use a few more toys to play on/with for updates, but overall great for younger kiddos.

There are plenty of places to fish along Darby Creek. There's a swimming hole just up the trail about a hundred yards from the trailhead that's good for fishing too. I've been using it since I was a child. You can also try way upstream (1 mile or so) near the bus yard where there's a deeper hole. Good luck!
