Ordered a poster print for a birthday gift. When I arrive to pick up the image is terrible, ink all skewed and missing parts of the image. The associate tells me "oh yeah I noticed that when it printed, we have a problem with the printer & they tried to fix it but they didn't". When I asked if I get it printed elsewhere since their machine is broken he just said yeah I guess you could try. I asked for a refund, and they said they didn't know how to offer that - they asked the manager who didn't even have the decency to walk over and explain how I "could" get a refund. Was told to "check online" but they "didn't know how it worked since they had never ordered anything online". So. Your machine is broken, you printed it anyway, you thought I'd be ok with that, you told me to go figure it out and hope another store could print it & then when I wanted my money back you told me to figure it out on my own. I'm a pretty reasonable person but this was just astounding to me. Unbelievably poor service. I wouldn't purchase anything from this store moving forward.
