Poor customer service. Disrespectful workers. Undercooked food. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE because it’s going to be hard to get a refund when they mess your order up. If you wanna be talked to in a condescending way then have someone flick you the middle finger, definitely visit this location.

This McDonald's has the kiosk where you can order your meal instead of going to a cashier. I've been a couple of times in the last 2 weeks. Each time the double QPC was hot and cooked perfectly. The big Mac burger patties are getting smaller and smaller but other than that it was good. The nuggets were hot. The large fries were hot and not over salted. The restaurant is clean and the service wait time was adequate given that all the food was prepared properly.

I wish I could give 0 star, major attitude problem, no apology for their own mistakes, I ordered 7 total sandwiches, they only gave me 6 and have to come back, no apology was offered, and the cashier gave me a attitude. Fries are old and soggy. This place should be closed down or totally new a new management, worst McDonald’s experience. Never ever coming back.

Major attitude from the employees. I used the mobile app to order takeout and they couldn’t fulfill my order because something wasn’t working. I asked them to just cancel the order and one employee sitting down on an apparent break started yelling at me and accusing me of giving them attitude and shaking my head at them, when she was the one putting her hand up in my face and yelling at me while shaking her head. There could have been more respectful ways to communicate if they couldn’t access mobile orders and refund an order that has gone through. I wasn’t even angry, but was asking what can be done. It was shocking to be treated this way.
