Fantastic experience!!! Needed my passport photo done. Called, rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Upon arrival at the Annex location, was greeted right away! Staff was very friendly. In and out quick, with not only my passport photo, but, an already addressed, envelope to drop my application at the post office. Great, great service !!!

I have mixed feeling about the detention center. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, however; the wait for someone to be released is absurd! Update: It turns out the clerk of court is not responsible for the detention center. So my review will be solely about appearance of the facility as that's all i know. The grounds are cleaned and the area is well groomed. A million baby frogs every where. The facility roads were well lit and directions were easy to read.
