This is the best hardware store I've ever been to. Clean, well organized and friendly staff. Purchased a zero turn mower and they even delivered it to my house. Couldn't be happier with the service and product!

had great experience with my new Gravely hd mower . I took it in to have the first service and I live 30-45 minutes away and was concerned about finding time to pick it back up as I work a lot of hours. Young guy at service counter checked me in on weds. and I asked if I could possibly pick it up Friday before work. The mechanic was also standing there and he said I have one I am doing now and will get on yours give me 2 hours . So I went to the Dade battle field as I had never been . they called me 45 minutes later and said I was ready. I pulled up with my truck and trailer I went to pull the mower around to my truck and as the mechanic was walking by to do something else he lowered my ramp on my trailer and went on to do other work. In todays world to get service like that from 2 guys in their 20's is not common. Fantastic job . and the purchase of the mower was just as good ! Thank you

I’d like to commend the staff in the service department with a special shout out to Hayden. Exceptional customer service, couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hayden went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts I needed for the best price. He was very patient and kind, extremely helpful and displayed a remarkable concern for his customer which seems to be a fleeting trait these days. Thank you to Hayden and the staff not only for how they helped me, but also for restoring my faith in a retail system where such qualities seem to be lost in much of today’s marketplace.

Do to credit card rules and security it is not in the best interest of the customer or us the vendor to do credit card payments over the phone. We have a very secure website for online payments. If you contact the store anyone that deals with storage can assist you in setting it up. Sorry for the trouble. It would be nice not having to change security features due to thieves.
Gary, your statement is very true. With labor issues today we have to limit our services on certain types of equipment. 100% we will do what is takes to service the customers that purchase machines from us first. We can service other brands however customers that have purchased machines from us will take precedence.
