I got an exam in classes at this establishment six weeks ago.... I went in today to get fitted to put no line bifocals in my glasses... Unfortunately I didn't get fitted and my glasses weren't sent in so I could have my bifocals along with my prescription... The employee that was working wouldn't fit me and wouldn't let me get fitted for them he tried to talk me out of it I honestly think he was afraid because of covid.... It was really weird... 6 weeks ago he was the one that told me about the no-line bifocals and told me that's what I should get.... But today he was extremely rude and did not want to do that for me....if employees are too afraid to get close to customers to fit them for their glasses then they should be at home and not at work.....or maybe he just didn't want to be at work today because today was Sunday

With all due respect to the public please don't go on a Sunday... I went on Sunday and the person that was working did not want to help me and was extremely rude.... I pray they don't treat anybody else like the way they did me today
