I hate to say but this place is very unprofessional he ran. I have been trying to obtain medical records for my child since October 2021. The records clerk only comes in one day a week she was very rude proceeded to tell me that I had never left messages and she had never received records request after I sent multiple request starting in October 2021. I spoke to the head of the medical records facility he was very helpful and tried to get what I needed but his medical records clerk that was responsible for giving me records decided that she would not give me what I asked for she gave me other documentation that was not what I needed nor could it be used for what I asked for it for. I hear that they have a change in management which will not help unless they have a change in personnel who cares about their patients their patients families and the difficulties that we go through. As I stated to the medical records clerk when it is not your child you do not care. But he is my child and I care a great deal. I really really hope for the sake of other families this facility pulls its self together !

This office never answers the phone. I was seeing DR Patel during my pregnancy and was suppose to follow up with him after I had my baby. After my last appointment I forgot to schedule that appointment which was my fault so I called back to schedule it and Noone ever picks up the phone. I called again even left a message and still nothing. My baby is now 4 months and Noone has ever called me back. It's people at the desk I guess they get paid just to sit there and listen to the phone ring. How is that helping anyone's mental health ? Especially when people are calling to schedule appointments. Honestly this office should be shut down. And it damn sure doesn't make the doctor look any better .

Attempted several times prior and left more than 2 voicemails. Today, I tried option 1 and got through to someone live. Do not select option 3 about being an existing patient go in as new. Will save you the aggravation. Got helped by Jill and she was quick & efficient. I averaged the rating because it was made up for with today’s scheduling.

My daughter has been seeing baycare behavioral health for a few years now with no help. She’s a pre teen. Since being switched to a new medication she’s had thoughts of suicide and yesterday I had left a message with them . I ended up taking her to the hospital. After 2 more messages with them they finally returned my call 26 hours later. #1 the first thing she said was how can I help you? Like she didn’t listen to any of my messages. Then I go through the entire story again and she said “we’ll what do you want me to do?” SERIOUSLY?! Help me take my kid off this medication!! I’m so over their office and will definitely be finding a new one stat. Beside that it’s recommended that my daughter see the counselor there’s biweekly but because they are so over booked with patients they are only able to get her in once a month.

No they're actually booked like a month ahead so you need to make an appointment now to be seen within a month
Yes they're familiar with that
BCBC Medicare Medicaid Pretty sure several others. If you decide to go, set your appointment asap. The have a wait list for psyc. RX. They also have psychologist. Good luck :)
