Dr. Molina is an incredible woman. She is more than a doctor but a mentor. She really cares about the mental health of her patient’s. She advised me that you can’t heal in the same place that you hurt. That comment stuck with me and I made some shifts in my life that led me to do yoga teacher training and and stick with therapy.
