I really love this place; it's some of the best food in the city: the salads are fresh and tasty, the soup is great, the spring rolls are delicious and the smoothies are good as well. Everything that I have tried I've enjoyed.

There salad are fresh n reasonable price. They also make spring rolls. They made 200 for my bday n everyone loved it. I will be making more big orders.

Is it the Salad Factory or the Salad Works? In any case its not really about the salad. About 10 years ago or more there was a small paper tag on the door that said "we make Pho" I went in and got one of the very the first Phos. The rest is history Camden people by the 100s learned that they enjoy hot peppery Pho even though that lady makes each bowl from scratch.
