I used Carrie’s services from the time she opened up for several years. It seems the more customer base she gained the customer service at Carrie’s declined; as if she and her staff couldn't keep up with the number of customers. My dogs were groomed adequately despite the high rates so that was never an issue. On three occasions I was booked and when I arrived was told, sorry there must have been a mistake. Ok, but then I had to wait another “several” weeks. Why? A professional owner would make an effort to book you as soon as possible considering the circumstances. That didn't happen, instead, Carrie defended the person who made the mistake and was rather rude when I questioned. I may add, The older woman at the desk was always rude...as I read in another review. I've spoken to others in the Severna Park area who concurred with this review. Our new groomer is sweet, professional & I'm very happy with her.

A friend who brings her dog here informed me of this local gem. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We plan on taking our dog here from now on. Prices were very reasonable.
