VitusVet system and other record keeping completely inaccurate so I have zero confidence in what I am told is needed for up to date immunizations. Holding time when calling averages 14-17 minutes and staff members are rude when they do answer after holding and on voicemail messages. Unfortunately, it is all about the money for the management company. The doctors have always been good, the operational aspect is in dire need of change.
