The experience was good, the food was just okay. The Mountain Dew berry blast soda was pretty good. Took a while to be seated,but the food came relatively quickly.

Today, Saturday May 28th , I went to apple bees around 10 pm. For starters, the waitress was very pleasant, however, the African American Manager I’m assuming, had on a burgundy shirt, darkskin and average build , was HORRIBLE. Not only was the chef , the manager, and the crew members shouting over my table at the NBA playoff games, the food was disgusting. Thrown on the plate, and not made with care like it is in the day time hours. The bussers cursed at the tv above my booth , atleast 5 of them was surrounding either side of the table, and I felt overall uncomfortable. The manager looked me right in the face while saying hes about to go smoke his black and mild. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Buffalo wings were re-fried and hard. Alfredo noodles were hard and stuck together, and the steak looked microwaved: whoever the night manager is should be FIREDDDD. Simply because the whole team follows after him, and he is a bad role model.if he wasn’t standing around watching the television and making the crew do their jobs, I wouldn’t be writing this review right now. I love this apple bees, but everytime I come here and that manager is there, the crew is running wild, watching tv, and not really doing their jobs. Very disappointed

I went on May 14, 2022 at 2:45 pm and was seated right away. The waitress was very pleasant. The drinks and appetizer came in a reasonable time which allowed time for conversation and some quick bites before the main entrees came. The chef brought out the food and it was very hot, which I like. The music was great. I had to use the restroom and to my surprise- it was EXTREMELY clean. I was super shocked. All in all, there was minimal wait time, the food came out hot, there was excellent customer service, and there's parking right in the front as well.

Just ate lunch here with my family. We decided to go outside of Philly since we had an extremely bad experience at the one close to home. We we're very satisfied from the moment we walked in and were greeted with a smile and seated. Our waitress was Sierra. She took care of us and did it with a smile. We'll definitely be back. Customer service means so much to us when we go out to eat. Which is not often. Thanks for a great experience.
