Store was great. All employees extremely helpful and friendly. Unlike Home Depot. Older man in paint was unbelievablely helpful. Great job at this store. Also quality items. Home Depot sells rejected items. Dented paint cans, unstocked shelves. Bad pieces of wood. Damaged items. Not Lowe's. Quality employees and items. No laziness in this store.No employee kids on their phones or rude older employees.

Purchased a dishwasher associated order incorrect handle option. Tried to get an exchange and Brian a manager at the store was useless. Zero communication with us. He said he would call back, never did. We ended up bring the dishwasher back to the store and Brian starts telling us he had it all set for an exchange but could not explain why he would not have called us. He tried to blame another associate for no phone call. We got a refund and purchased from another company. Guess what lowes tries to give me a dishwasher today for free to my house because Brian does not do his job.

Andrea M. spent over five hours with us explaining, demonstrating and helping us select all the custom window treatments for our entire home (13 different windows and a huge sliding glass door). She priced every option, price point, brand and style and never even seemed to tire of my endless questions and indecision. I didn’t realize we kept her an hour over her shift until we were checking out and I realized what time it was. Andrea gave some of the best customer service we’ve ever received and it really stood out during a time for us that has been riddled with problems while building and furnishing our brand new home. Nothing has gone smoothly the past month until Andrea took care of us. Please recognize her. She is an asset to Lowe’s and should be rewarded for it. Our previous experiences with the company have been really challenging this year and she turned it all around in one day!
