I would never recommend anyone to deal with this store! We ordered our furniture in June 2021 - and of course, due to Covid everything has been delayed. However, we got all our furniture with defects after 5 months. We were waiting for exchanges for many months until we decided in July 2022 that we were going to return the furniture. After 12 business days of not receiving the refund, I called the store. I was told that no one submitted the refund request, so now we must wait for another 3 to 5 business days for our refund. It is ridiculous!

Excellent customer service. (Thanks Max!) Quality furniture at a reasonable price. Lots of beautiful pieces to choose from in a comfortable atmosphere. I plan to make another trip from Port Orange soon.

VERY VERY disappointed. Bought dining set on 7/10/21 sales rep very nice not pushy Mr Tennis had patience galore. Set came in on 9/15/21. 6 chairs and a glass table. Delivery crew same thing very nice. The furniture came damaged ALL 7 pcs w the exception of the glass. Unfortunately I was not there to receive it had to go work as we were short staff at work.. The delivery gent told me via face time that I would get a replacement within a week. He would report the damages I would get an email and Corp would contact.. No problem I called the next day called my sales rep he would call corp. After 2 or 3 day they could exchange the base as there was one but chairs wait until Jan 2022. Customer service again nice people Luzianne, April there's a 3rd but can not recall. nothing on 9/23 a gent very nice Mr. Daniel's (if not mistaken) came to the house inspected. Confirmed stains scratches, chips on base and chairs. No Corp contact on that day or next day. SO HERE WE ARE TMRW WILL BE 10 days. Called today to get at least a new base and requesting a refund for my chairs the famous words we will email Corp as priority and they will contact you.. priority means within 30 mins or at least an hour afterwards almost 3 and NOTHING.. didn't buy the most expensive one BUT I am still a customer that's very unsatisfied.. if this gets to CORP. I would greatly appreciate someone contacting me.. and if u don't want to deal with displeased customers that's easy REFUND MY MONEY YOUR FURNITURE IS READY FOR PICK UP. Sales order# 0710111RY92

Larry Larcom our sales person was awesome! We were their for almost 3 hours trying to decide what sofa and recliner to purchase. Larry was so willing to move tables, side chairs around the showroom so we could get a visual of how things looked together. We really appreciated his efforts. I am excited to receive all our purchases. We not only purchased our original sofa and recliner we wanted but we also purchased a accent chair and ottoman , kitchen table and chairs and end tables for Sofa. Thank you again Larry for the great customer service.

Check around because you're if you're on Medicaid or Medicare you can get it directly and it will cost you a lot less..
It's best to call. If they don't have it, they could place an order for your chair
