Orang tag today. I'm out of clean clothes and have to wash everything i own including what I had on. I went inside to find a summer dress, something simple, didn't care what it looked like just going to laundry mat! It was Orange tag today. Spent 45 minutes searching through all the dresses, fancy and not so and didn't find 1 orange tag, all blue and green. Maybe you should reevaluate your color discounts before picnic a color. Still love Good Will!🌹👍

The store is very poorly lit. When I went, the color of the week (supposed to be 50% off) was blue when I got to the register, I had 3 items with blue tags, and the guy at the register tells me "these aren't 50% off". I say "but they're blue". Then he proceeds to show me in very small print on these blue tags that it says "no color". Very sketchy when it's clearly a blue tag. They could easily put a white tag on them if they're not included in the sale. It seems to me like they're trying to trick people and make them think they're getting a deal when they're not.

A few key complaints that I've heard many people share...pricing. Every time I've been here and I'm here several times a week I see items priced poorly ( dollar tree items priced 2.99, items available brand new at other stores priced higher etc). Whoever is in charge of pricing needs to have better knowledge of original prices ( this would also help clear shelves of old items) Another issue...never enough carts, parking space and today one cashier who took over ten minutes with one customer. This place needs a revamping, they appear to have recently tried this and it's become a hot mess. Other local goodwills seem to have it more together. The store is what you would expect otherwise but this particular store is poorly managed

My wife and I often donate in fact for the past 10 years we've been donating to the Winter springs Goodwill. They always have really surprisingly low prices on clothing and all the miscellaneous neat stuff I like going through in the back of the store. Whether it's speakers or a blouse or work pants you'll find what you're looking for at this Goodwill it's always well stocked and the staff is outstandingly friendly.
