Rushed cold staff who don't listen or understand simple requests like, don't cut down and don't change the shape. Two of us had the same poor experience with different staff. Won't be back. There are a lot of other local places that keep the courteous spa treatment in the experience for the same price.

Met a friend here for a pedicure. They tried to upsell us several times (from a $30 to a $70 pedicure) and we declined multiple times. My pedicure was rough, but to be honest, I wasn’t paying attention and was in conversation most of the time. My nails were not filed down, were sharp as the nail tech did not round out my nails at all, and the polish wasn’t evenly applied. I had polish on my skin in a few areas and it looks like it needs another coat. I don’t think I’ll be back.
