Ordered my food at 4:58pm. Received my food after 7pm. I came in several times after my original pick up time. I was told wait 10 mins several times. After waiting 2 hours, I asked what can they do to make this situation better. She told me to come inside and talk. I told her I didn’t want to do that in front of the customer. She said okay and hung up in my ear. We received 2 lemonade for the 2 hour+ wait. This customer service was bad. I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered turkey wings, collard greens & yams…nowhere in that sentence does it say Mac and cheese. I drive 25 mins to get there, check my order and head back home.. as I’m eating the yams i notice 1 macaroni noodle .. then i notice a spoon full of MAC and cheese mixed inside my yams. I do not eat cheese so you can only imagine how disappointed and disgusted i am. Very unsanitary. Then not to mention, the wings are over cooked & the greens have no flavor. Don’t think I’ll be back i am very upset

They were fine to me. I had their green a few weeks ago.
I after a couple years absence the food was the worst I've ever had. It used to be excellent. I wondered if there's a new owner. I don't advise eating there. My fried chicken (with an awful hard coating) was overcooked and the fish was also overcooked. The smashed potato salad that I loved had a different taste. Just awful food with a high price tag. Some people may like there food but if I eat out I want the food to be at least as good as mine or I can stay home. I hated that my meal was not like it use to be.
