He explained what he needed to do and kept me informed throughout the process- I feel fortunate that I was referred to his care

Im not one for reviews but Dr. Kaufman deserves a good one. I was in the chair for 40 minutes. In that time I was numbed and gassed, 2 simple extractions and one a bit more invasive were completed and the procedure was wrapped. The thing I would really like to stress is how pain-free the experience was. Dr. Kaufman is the best of the best and the only person I will visit for future extractions.

First, the office staff was unbelievably incompetent and irresponsible in acquiring my records from the referring dentist. Second, I walk through the front door and there's a waiting room filled with unmasked people - masks are not required. That is beyond belief for a medical facility, many of whose patients are elderly. The treatment process itself was assembly line medicine. Hello, goodbye, boom.

I absolutely loved Dr. Kaufman and his staff a few years ago when I had talked to him about implants. He explained everything but told me to wait a few weeks until after my granddaughters show. I had to have bypass surgery and couldn't get back. Now the office told me he NEVER did implants! even though he has it on his website! I trusted him and now I do not understand what happened. It is still on his webpage.
