So glad my son and I stopped in, we were in charge of making dinner that evening. The butcher recommended a cut of meat that could not have worked out any better for our Carne Asada Tacos. We got the hero status but the true hero’s are here!! Thanks so much! Great wines too!

Great cuts at fair prices. Customers can expect to be greeted by several staff members when walking in, and orders are always quick. Filets are about $30/lb - most of the meats correlate - a bit over market. Best steaks in down.

Great place to find exactly what you need. All prime meats. Also a great selection from lamb to game meats like venison and elk!!! Prices are what’s expected. Quality is unmatched! Great selection of wines and spices. A personal experience was great with Owner Scott. I had a discrepancy in pricing on a previous order he was quick to make it right and better than any expectation.

We were there last week and they definitely have Wagu. I didn't see the price. High quality store, not cheap but worth every penny for great meat and a knowledgeable staff.
