Im very happy and I'm so glad I chose Dr.. William .when I saw him 5 day later After my surgery .he Remembe what I did after the surgery. Some people can't remember 2day late i have no pain and yes I got pain pills I'm not taking any..Dr. William is a Fantastic doctor and a very nice Doctor Can't even get better

Dr Williams performed my Right Subclavian Carotid Bypass in August 2001 & going to now to my left subclavian artery angioplasty surgery in the next 30 days I wouldn’t TRUST ANYONE BUT DR WILLIAMS To this surgery once again 18yrs after my first one on my right side. He’s the BEST VASCULAR SURGEON IN PINELLAS COUNTY!!! He’s extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all types of Vascular surgeries and doesn’t do surgery if it’s not necessary. I highly recommend him if you’re searching for a Surgeon with a excellent bed side personality as well as having Over 35+Yrs experience in Vascular surgery.

Yes, he is a vascular surgeon.
Yes, he will treat and operate on internal hemorrhoids. As for a laser, that you'd have to ask because I'm not sure. Regardless he's a phenomenal surgeon.
