I went for hair cut yesterday the guy standing on the front desk or the hair stylist had no smile neither welcoming to the customer. I requested for hair cut he said since I have no appointment he’d call me then I said if you’d like I can wait and maybe someone’s calls out then I can get hair cut. But the guy was so rude/unwelcoming or he made me feel like I came for free hair cut. I waited for more than hour and this guy is not even updating or anything. I’d not recommend to go this place where customer is ignored or the front desk guy is so unprofessional and unwelcoming. With this kind of attitude they will end up working such work for their whole life and the front desk guy and the stylist definitely need coaching how to greet/treat customer or keep them updated. DONT GO this salon I’d say for future customer. BTW I had to leave without hair cut after waiting for more than an hour. Never going again.
