Very helpful, friendly staff. Little windy, so waters in the gulf were reported rough although other wave runner companies were allowed to go out there. It took us 15 minutes one way just to get to the area where we could have some fun. We should have been allowed to go out to the gulf like the others. 30 minutes of our hour rental were spent idling through a no-wake zone. The shower needs some serious plumbing work. Towels and a place to change into dry clothes would have been nice. It appeared as if one of the workers "babysat" our family of four on another wave runner. ?? Overall though, we had a lot of fun and made some great memories.

Our family of five rented a boat yesterday for a half day which we choose to do in the morning. We took the boat straight to shell key and had it all to ourselves! Our boys had so much fun looking for different t shells and ocean life we wish we would have booked for the entire day! Next year we will be! Don’t pay attention to the few negative reviews on here everything was perfect, the service was great, and our day was amazing!

We rented a 24' deck boat from Jack's. There were 9 adults and it was very comfortable. Boat was clean. There's storage room for your bags etc. Intracoastal was easy to navigate because of the on board navigation system. The staff could not have been any more helpful. Telephone reservation was easy. All of my questions were answered. The day of rental staff was courteous. They helped all of us "older" adults on and off the boat. They wouldn't let us carry anything. They even offered to help us get everything to the car!! I would definitely recommend Jack's for any of your boating rental needs.

We had a great day from beginning to end. Professional and courteous staff. Our day was a tad windy so we couldn’t go tour the full south end but that’s on Mother Nature. Our 24’ boat was clean and in good shape. The GPS is great and as long as you stick to the route everything is very easy to navigate. We stopped for lunch at Jimmy’s and the food was great. They helped load and unload our gear. They were really nice easy going guys. Also, we saw tons of dolphins so keep your eyes open for the added bonus. Priced just right for a full day on the water.
