Came in for routine service was greeted by a service advisor named Phil. He greeted me with a smile and was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with. It's never easy bringing in your car in for service knowing you're spending money on something you have to have not want to have. He did a fantastic job with keeping me updated and gave me gave me a full inspection on the vehicle which showed I needed brakes replaced.. He gave me a great price and went online and found a special for me and applied it without me even asking. I'm looking out for his survey to make sure he gets all 10 scores. Terrific experience overall. David was excellent at answering all the questions we had and made sure we had the best service possible. David definitely knows what he is doing, we were given great options and left happy. Would definitely recommend. Great people , great service, and great music! David also had a spot light pen that made the signing process exciting 😆 Blake was also awesome he made the finalizing process pretty straight forward and was transparent about everything.
