My grandmother came here after knee surgery and really contemplating between this facility and another this was by far a excellent choice and I couldn’t be any happier…from beginning to end everything was stress free thanks for everything highland pines!!!

I worked here about six month's. We never had any supplies. The Management Team play favorites with family and friends that work there! Very clickish! Staff Coordinator was very rude and shady with BONUSES as well as pick and choose who gets over-time! The Don there doesn't even speak to you unless she is wanting to say something rude! The patients there are their best assets and the way it is ran needs to be shut down! Very short staffed!!

I worked here as a housekeeper last year and to be honest I can say I didn't feel that welcomed The housekeeping boss I felt had favorites for sure! I felt like nothing I did was right or wasn't good enough Sad part is there was a woman always on her phone in the back or would disappear for minutes at a time while I was doing the rooms I got blamed for several things such as dirt being behind a residents door that wasnt there when I cleaned sad part was a few housekeepers did the same room and I believe wasn't yelled at for it So one morning I broke down and walked out why would I stay somewhere that I was clearly never welcomed

The staff is very caring. They keep us updated of any developments when we cannot visit, and are always available to talk to us or explain anything. The facility is worn and needs updating, but my father in law doesn’t notice. He is safe and well cared for in their skilled nursing facility.
