They were incredibly racist towards me and my black friends. They informed us that they would kick us out if we continued to be there without a parent and guardian while we were teenagers.The manager is so rude and she needs to be fired immediately.

I shop at this Target frequently and today was the first time I experienced a nasty employee. I went to target to purchase a few things including a laundry basket, twin bed sheets, a blanket, throw pillow and a few other things. I checked out, didn’t put my number in (huge mistake on my part) paid cash and walked away without my receipt. As I was out the door I realized that I forgot hangers so I went back in grabbed hangers and 2 pillows. I told the lady as I was checking out that the stuff in the basket was already paid for she said yes I saw you earlier checking out. I paid for the pillow and hangers and as I was walking out another employee stopped me and said I need to see your receipt. I walked away without the second receipt also. I told her I didn’t have it and she said well you can’t take this stuff! This employee is now enjoying my stuff or returning it for almost 200 dollars! I will never return to this target and I may never shop at target again. That employee should be fired!

Purchased a video game and didn’t notice the packaging was opened. Got home and disc was gone. The manager at the store accused my wife of trying to steal it when we returned wanting the game. Obviously one of their employees stole it and put the empty case in the display. Terrible customer service and a huge waste of time.

Much love to Target !! I don't shop at the blue one, so I'm happy that you've sustained me as your customer. I had an exchange the other day and I was nervous because I didn't have the receipt. The cashier was professional and exchanged it with no issues. I really appreciated that. You have a wide variety in the grocery section and manage to stay stocked in these crazy times. Thank you...just THANK YOU!!

ALWAYS At CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STORE YOU CHOSE TO PICK IT UP AT. The same applies if you are purchasing items for others.. You always designate the store.....It will be there waiting for you. You will even get a reminder in the event that you don't pick it up within the scheduled time to say that your order is waiting for you.
