I visited the location in Cherry Hill, NJ and was greeted right away by Paul, who helped me the entire time I was in the store. He was very patient with all of my novice questions and my indecisiveness. He was very knowledgeable and outgoing. I had just moved to a new apt and needed a mattress more than anything. With Paul's help, I was able to accomplish that goal, which was a huge relief!

EDIT: The store sales rep and manager worked with us and sold us the in-store sample at a steep discount which worked for us. Still disapointing that we couldn't get the set with warranty now but happy they worked with us. Updated score to 3-5 because of this. Staff was kind and easy going. That's about the only good thing that has happened with our shopping experience. Once we ordered our $3000 outdoor sectional from Bobs things only got worse. We placed our order at the start of April, we were told it was going to be delivered in May. We finally got our delivery and the left off 3 pieces! We had to call them to schedule the remaining pieces for delivery and they scheduled it for a Wednesday forcing us to take a day off work to receive it. They then cancelled the delivery 2 hours before it was set to arrive and told us they would deliver it on Saturday. Now they just cancelled our Saturday delivery and told us it won't be in stock until NEXT YEAR! We are beyond frustrated with Bobs. We had a similar issue when we ordered our couch, they left pieces off and it took 1-2 months for us to get the remaining piece of our indoor sectional. I do not recommend anyone order from Bobs. They constantly offered us "store credit" which is pointless because they can't deliver their products in the first place.

The shopping process was easy enough. The associate that assisted me was friendly and helpful. The low score is based on the quality of the furniture, which didn’t hold up for even 2 years, the furniture protection plan and their claim process. Expect them to deny your request after all is paid and done. Future buyers should be wary of this and need to really consider if this is how they would like to waste their money. Edit: in response to the owner’s comments, their version of transparency means coaching you to lie about the cause for the damage. Buyer, simply do your own research of the insurance company first and see if that 1-star average rating persuades you with proceeding.

Never went to a store before this recent purchase. Bought my daughter a bed online and all was good with it both before purchase, during delivery and after delivery when there were a few issues. I tend to do a lot of shopping online because of time constraints. This time, I needed a sofa and definitely had to see it in person and measure it before purchasing. I was able to make an appointment, which was great. When I arrived, my salesperson, Xavier, was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. After listening to what I wanted, he pointed me in the direction of where the exact sofa(s) I wanted were located. When I was ready, he showed me all the features of each product I asked about and did not try to push things on me, I did not need. All around great shopping experience.

Yes it will! I just bought a nice sectional there and got the warranty after telling them about my 3 dogs that WILL be enjoying the sofa. It's covered even if a spring breaks 😁

Yes, Bob's has financing. In New Jersey there are 3 companies that provide financing. Wells Fargo, Vive, and AFF. The first 2 are regular credit checks Vive approves more than Wells, the last doesn't require good credit.
