This place is ridiculous! Im calling Sunday at 5:28 they picked up the phone and hang up I know stores closes at 6:00 you could pick up the phone and answers the customer questions! Very unprofessional! Who ever. Is there not on Sunday August 15 I stated calling at 5 :28 to ask a question, I leave in Philadelphia. I made a purchase of $161. 00 last week! Im paying for slammed the phone down

I had ordered a pair of jordan retro ones at the Cherry hill store that were coming from the Ewing store. But when i would call to see if they got them they blew me off and said they'd call when thy got them. After a while i asked them to contact ewing to make sure they were sent. After an hour i called the ewing store myself. The guy was helpful but needed the style number to look them up in there system. So I callled back with it and he told me they are at the cherry hill location. I call cherry hill and they say that they called Ewing store 3 times and nobody answered which was obviously bull. I told them that the system said they were and suprise they were. There to pick them up just to find out they were obviously used and missing a lace. All they said they could do is take 10% off. Smh. Never shopping at this location again.
