I've been buying shoes on line and lately I need to do a return. The man at the counter did the return without even a hello.The shoes came in a big box so i ask him if he could throw it away for me he said no we dont throw peoples garbage away . Rude

Absolutely terrible customer service by management at this location. The other staff members have been helpful in the past and so I must not fault the entire staff. Leadership needs to look into this location. Because of the treatment by this manager I can no longer shop at DSW or any store that does not stand up to its promises or by its products.

The selection of men's sneakers seemed like it's being phased out or just really limited. Not what I am used to for a DSW.

They collect shoes for donation to SOLES4SOULS and you can donate one pair a week for 50 points towards your rewards account. They don't recycle shoes though.
They do have 6ft apart for the lines waiting to pay for purchases. When it comes to people in store shopping, the customers are being responsible in keeping safe distance.
