Update: once again I had car problems and went to mr tire late on a Sunday afternoon. The manager Brandon immediately got me in, diagnosed a bad battery and had it replaced within 2 hours!! They are kind, quick and a true pleasure to work with. I won’t go anywhere else to have my car worked on! Thank you Brandon and your team! I arrived late this Saturday night with very low tire pressure. I called and Jim the manager said to come in and he would be able to accommodate me immediately. He took me in right before closing and had my tire patched and other tires filled with air in short order. Jim couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful during this stressful time! This is my third experience here and each one is better than the next. Customer service here is unparalleled. I highly recommend this as your #1 automotive need facility. Thanks again!
