WREC can't seem to manage providing stable power in floral city area. For the fact they are selling backup generics for profit while being the sole purpose people need these out here seems to be a conflict of interest in bringing stable electric here.....

Just a shout out to Justin & Robert, truck. #86-4. We had an outage today, called it in, within an hour Justin & Robert were here and repaired the transformer. They expertly backed the truck through our acreage, and a lot of trees to the transformer. Excellent job guys!!!

We lost half of our power due to a lightning strike, but didn’t realize it until the next day. We called the electric co. and sent a truck out in about 30 minutes. There were 2 trucks that came out to find our problem. I watched 4 to 5 workers replace our electric line from the transformer to the power supply, about 200 feet. The workers all worked during the pouring down rain the entire time. They ALL did a great job in a timely manner. I can’t thank these worker enough for their dedication to the job. Went from electric bill at 160 -180 month for a year, then a pipe on a well started leaking. It took about four months for my landlord to fix it but the well was running 24/7 the whole time in which my bill went up to about 220 - 240 every month. Long story short the well was fixed and 6 months later I'm still seeing 220 - 240 on my bill without my well running 24/7. And on another note you all know this is 2020, the misses and I both were put out of work due to covid, fell a couple months behind on our overpriced electric bill, what do they do? they force us to pay a high deposit in order to maintain our electric service when we finally catch back up. Smh, and this is why monopolies were never supposed to exist in America
