Be advice You need to be 21 to legally own a hand gun and 18 to own a long rifle Philadelphia gun laws are very strict but yes u can they have diffrent types including Ar15's however all you need is a valid PA drivers license or id they are also going to run a background check and u can't leave till they are done doing so
