Been going to Vicky for 14 years. I tried other groomers but keep going back. Mine and my mom's dogs all love Vicky and her daughter. I recommend her to everyone. She treats your pets like her own.

Made an appoint based on recommendation over the phone stating it was the first time we have used this place. Told place breed of dog and weight. Arrived for appointment and was told "this is the first visit?" and "that is not the correct breed." Said it is the correct breed and we have papers to prove it. Again told it is not the breed we say and can't groom the dog. As I left I Said, "I wish you would have told me this on the phone." Went out to my vehicle and put the dog into it. Turned around and the young man who was inside had followed me out and again challenged me that my dog was not the breed I said. I stated clearly that I have AKC papers to prove the dog's breed. He took a macho posture and told me not to talk to him in that manner. I chose discretion and said, "this conversation is over." The man went back into the establishment and threw my wife out stating, "don't ever come back on this property again!" Interesting that this brave young man would confront two senior citizens, a woman no less, in the manner of a club bouncer. I was in the customer service business for 40 years and never witnessed such behavior in creating a hostile environment in a service oriented business. Beware of the latent hostility present in this business.
