THEE Vibrant Villain

Called ahead to get an appointment, young lady told me they weren’t taking anymore appointments but they are taking walk ins. Cool. I arrive, pick a color as instructed and after a few minutes, was told to take a chair to soak my feet. No one asked if the temperature was okay, nada. 35 minutes and 6 women later, my toes are prunes in cold water so I took my feet out of the tub. After another 10-12 minutes, now cold I kindly put my sneakers back on and walked out. First and last time. Thanks.

This was the worst experience. I’m new to the area, it’s conveniently located however the service was horrible. My wait was 1 hour sitting in the pedicure chair. When I was about to leave they said one second, so I stayed cause so much time I already wasted but never again. And neither looked good at all, my husband was disappointed and you know men rarely notice detail but he said my nails weren’t even and crooked and my toe nails were not painted evenly!. Smh I was embarrassed by that (especially since I seen all this already). Anyway that was the first and last time I’ll spend 3 1/2 hours in a nail salon that wasn’t worth any of my time.

I went in to get a full set and Mona (the owner)charged me $70 for medium length nails with no design. She said for long nails she charged $25 dollars extra!! These nails are medium length. She is try to nickel and dime her customers because no one is coming though those doors like they used to. She did a Decent job but no way worth $70 for a regular full set!!! Mona will do your nails and file them all slanted and overcharge you. She does not have the skill set to charge that much. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MONA NAILS EVER!! STAY AWAY!!
