Have friends and family who lived here for over a year with nothing but complaints. Carpet improperly installed had tac strips poking up with tiny nails at carpet transitions. Birds living in the vents making noise at 4am. Maintenance would come at 10am say they couldn't hear it and just leave. Also pay very close attention to your lease and all agreements involved. They are VERY fine heavy leases that they are more then eager to enforce and will never warn you to stop infractions. They would rather get the money.

Joel Skaff is who I was in touch with from the very beginning. He was very professional and explained the amenities and property to an extreme (in a good way). He was very friendly and made our apartment searching so worth it! We have been living in these apartments for over a month now, almost two and have loved the experience I had to share. The neighborhood is so friendly, kid friendly and kind. There is also an amazing area to grill out, a patio for fires, and a pool which is saltwater! If it wasn’t for Joel and his professionalism/communication I don’t think we would have found this place!! He replied instantly to emails and made sure we got the best!! Thank you Park at Winters Run and Joel!! I’m looking forward to be staying here for some time!

Services have improved over the last year. However, attention to detail in terms of property conditions in my opinion can be improved. i.e. lighting photo censors on lights that burn all day long on the outside of the buildings. Overall this is a very nice facility.

I moved into winters run in 2020 during the COVID pandemic and the transition was flawless. I had a 2 bedroom two bath apartment and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment was well maintained, practically brand new. I loved the kitchen and how open and spacious it was whenever I cooked. If there were any issues they were fixed right away. I never had any noise issues or complaints. They are pet friendly and l didn’t have a pet but I saw a-lot of happy dogs there. The location makes it easy to get to many places in the area. (As long as you have a vehicle) I lived there for a year and I just left a few months ago. If I could transfer this apartment to Florida I would have never left haha. For anyone who is thinking about this apartment, just know that the price you pay really does give you luxury living compared to other places. Great place!

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We welcome both dogs and cats, with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. There is a $25 monthly charge per pet per month and a $300 deposit.
