Erin went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful bottle of wine today. Larry made the selection— a fine Italian red wine—and Erin put it in a wine bag and wrote a lovely handwritten note. They checked to ensure an adult was home to sign before delivering. The entire experience was wonderful. Erin answered my many questions, Larry easily assisted in finding the right wine, both showing a dedication to excellence that can seem a forgotten art. Honestly, the owner does not know how to speak to people. No help from the staff either. The owner is incredibly rude, not only to myself, but another customer shopping as well. He is entirely too hot-headed and I am not sure how he runs a business with that attitude. He needs anger management. The place looks nice from the outside, but that is the only redeeming quality. Save yourself the trip and don't bother with this angry little man.
