Customer service could use work. I thanked them for being open and the sales lady asks me, "Wait til the last minute?" Wow, just trying to say thank you and I get a smart comment. They don't know my life and I don't know theirs but there was no need. I work long hours and most places are closed by the time I get home. So in the moment I was grateful. Now I just feel crapped on.

I received shoes from here as a birthday gift and I tried the shoes on and they were a half size too small. I tried to exchange them but the cashier refused, saying "You had to try them on in the store before buying them"

Store manager Charmian is very friendly, sweet, and helpful. This location had the products I needed in the sizes that I needed. And they had BOGO 50% OFF. Gotta love a good sale!

Fair amount of shoe options for everyone and more than just one shoe in one size. Excellent staff! Titus was very accommodating with my disability and helpful towards my purchasing experience from beginning to end. Footwear it's reasonable priced and when it's on a sale it's a good sale! Will come back for sure. Only reason I'm marking down is they don't carry athletic shoes, no cleats or climbing shoes at all. If they had an athletic section it would be full service and five stars for sure.
