I have gone to other stores units companies to purchase a storage unit comparing prices to choose a company to rent a storage space but when I got to this company and ask about the storage space and prices I didn't rent the storage space so much for the bargain price because there were others that were a little less I purchased the storage space because of the friendly and kindness of the staff member who wrote out my contract she was very pleasant to speak with and extremely kind and helpful recommending storage spaces to me even though I had something in mind but the fact that what I had in mind was a smaller storage but after speaking with her and being shown a larger storage space I realize that's what I needed also the other helpful information that she gave me will help me to continue using this company and recommending to other friends I would like to thank her for all her help sometimes when you meet people for the first time too often they're just there to sell you something and don't go that extra mile I didn't get the feeling that she were just trying to sell me a storage unit from her kindness and the way she handled everything the whole time I was there I was only thinking about how kind she was and how is it was to rent a storage space there at your facility thank you for choosing a very pleasant and kind person she is a great asset to your company I hope you treat her well I manage for many years in hotels and restaurants and including a large banquet department for Hilton hotels and it was very hard to find people as motivated and dedicated as she is and I recognize that I'm glad that I chosen self storage Plus to give my business to thanks again she is a great asset

This store is wonderful to work with I spoke to the manager by the name of Martina She has excellent customer service skills she is very knowledgeable and works well with her customer. She is was very happy go lucky on the phone and addressed All of my concerns about the store and answered everything in a timely manner. She is the best 😀 people like her are very hard to come by these days alot of people are just there looking for a pay check and I could tell she really enjoyed her job and working with her customer from the way she handled everything on the phone with me, and for it to be a holiday weekend she was on it she got it done 😊 THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND HARDWORK PEOPLE LIKE YOUR SELF WE NEED MORE OF ❤️ AGAIN THANKS AND IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH YOU ❤️

I have been a customer at the Middle River Self Storage Plus location since they opened. I’ve always found this facility very well managed. I’ve never seen a cleaner self-storage facility! Just as important, the manager and assistant manager are very professional and very helpful and always greet me in a friendly way and answer all my questions.
